James Consulting & Associates, LLC, is devoted to bringing the optimum degree of consultation, training, and solution outcomes to your organization, whether for profit or not for profit. The Company has developed a systemic and strategic approach named the Solution Centered Systemic Paradigm (SCSP). This methodology to problem identification, problem-solving, strategic planning, process application and strategic management, are applied to all areas of consultation and training when consulting with various organizations.

The three subsystems in this model continuously address issues related to:

  3. Management.

Included in this model is an accompanying Needs Analysis, to ensure that the consultation and training provided meets the critical needs of the organization.

James Consulting Services provides expert information and solutions to organizations.  The mode of delivery can be in person or virtual, as a keynote presenter or conducting consultation, training in workshops, or seminars.  The approach to sharing information is systemic and strategic, thus, providing a holistic and inclusive approach to the various issues presented.
